We are offering a 3, 4, or 5 day trip as a great way to experience this wilderness area.You will see much of the northern part of the Niut Range with a 5 day excursion. Day 1 includes the ride up to base camp, about 3 hours from the ranch.

Steady, sure-footed horses, that know the routes will be your partners to explore these alpine slopes. Terrain will vary, from trotting along a smooth wide trail, to carefully picking our way down a rocky slope. You can walk or lead your horse to view some of the special, hard-to-reach places.

Most of this area can be travelled by horseback, and after travelling to and exploring a different area each day, you will stay in an established base camp, each night. After a full day, base camp offers great food, with camp fire cooking, roomy tents with floors, a kitchen and dining shelter, and a well developed campsite. All in a comfortable relaxed setting.

Remote camps are also established for further out exploration.
