Black Bear

This is a great opportunity for a trophy Cougar.

The world record Cougar was taken by Douglas E Schuk at Tatlayoko Lake B.C., which is in the heart of this hunting area.

The chance to take a record book Cougar is very real here. We have a number of both "Boone and Crockett" and "Pope and Young" records taken from this guiding area.

We also work with neighbouring guides to hunt Cougars on their areas.

This expands our Cougar hunting ranges to well over 3000 square miles.

The winter ranges for Mule Deer here are a constant food source for Cougar and hold them in and around this area.

We have under-hunted the area for the past five years and the Cougar population is very high. The wildlife branch has recently extended the season dates and increased the available harvest. We now want to start taking four to six toms per year and are pricing our hunts to encourage these bookings.
